There are moments when we encounter a color, a form, or a texture that captures our attention and draws us into its beauty. This exhibition brings together over 100 works by ceramic artist Takeshi Imaizumi, whose works invite viewers to experience these moments of beauty. Marking his third solo exhibition at HULS Gallery Tokyo, this presentation features his signature Celadon and Tenmoku works, including sake ware, flower vases, and tableware. Also included is a carefully selected collection of tea bowls, chosen for the way they accompany everyday life. Beautiful even when displayed on their own, these tea bowls invite us to imagine them in use. We invite you to picture the vibrant green of matcha against the white, blue, and black surfaces of the bowls as you view the works. Featuring works you may wish to bring into your daily life, we sincerely look forward to welcoming you to the exhibition.
