HULS Gallery Tokyo will hold a special exhibition presenting the works of Takeyoshi Mitsui, a hand-blown glass artist living in Toyama Prefecture. With covid-19, our lives are changed significantly with many uncertainties of the future. More than ever, it is vital to keep ourselves calm and collected in the midst of this situation.
With its organic and peaceful disposition, Mitsui’s collection of work titled “Breath” gives us a sense of ease and assurance in our everyday lives. Along with this series, “Silence” a body of work depicting unique color expressions, will also be displayed. Among them, we proudly present “Amber on Gray”, a new artwork considered to be his masterpiece.
