Yuki Nishiyama Solo Exhibition “Awash in Light”

HULS Gallery Tokyo is delighted to present its first solo exhibition by glass artist Yuki Nishiyama. Centered on the theme of “embracing fluctuation and negative space,” her vibrant works—deeply inspired by the ever-changing nature and wildlife of Hokkaido—express not only lively illustrations but also a profound dedication to the sculptural form of glass. Each piece shimmers softly, awash in color and light. We warmly invite you to experience her luminous world.

The act of free-blowing glass and painting onto it feels, to me, like capturing light in a new form.
Creating as I feel, painting as I wish—
I hope you will find joy in the light that dwells within spaces and gentle fluctuations.
