Nestled in the picturesque mountains of Karatsu, Saga Prefecture, you will discover “Ryutagama,” where Kenta Nakazato passionately dedicates himself to the art of ceramics. He is the third generation of the kiln, carrying forward the rich tradition of Karatsu ware passed down from his grandfather, Takashi Nakazato, and father, Taki Nakazato. We are delighted to announce an exhibition showcasing Kenta’s creations. His work is a testament to his commitment to infusing everyday life with comfort through his tranquil and functional pieces. These works not only enrich our daily routines but also elevate our dining experiences. Moreover, his recent remarkable growth reflects his boundless enthusiasm and genuine love for ceramics.
