In the refined presence of porcelain, Nami Takahashi\u2019s works quietly reflect the abundance of nature. Flowing sculptural lines shift with light and angle, a subtle tension remains as each piece is released from its mold, and the surfaces are polished until completely smooth.\u00a0Each shape carries a quiet presence, saying little yet leaving a clear impression.\u00a0For her first solo exhibition at HULS Gallery Tokyo, the lineup includes sake ware, vases, objets, as well as Gaiwan and tea cups, which highlight HULS\u2019s specialty in tea ware.\u00a0Through this diverse range of works, she introduces her world of \u201cthe beauty of everyday things.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
